I’m doing strength training but still putting on weight. Why is that happening?

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are toning up you can expect the figure on the scales to increase.

However, it could also be down to what you are eating. Just because you are exercising doesn’t mean you can fill up on junk food! The fuel you put into your body is just as important if you want to see good results.
