Do you run group sessions?

Yes I do, although I keep groups to 6 maximum as that way I can make sure everyone is doing the exercises properly.

What should I eat before a session?

Whatever you do, don’t overeat! I would recommend sticking to light foods and eating at least an hour before the beginning of your training session. If you want any advice on what foods you should eat, just let me know.

What should I wear?

As you will be working out, I would recommend wearing gym-suitable clothes you feel comfortable in, such as breathable shorts or sports leggings and a light top. Don’t forget to also wear trainers.
